We have been visited by a wild turkey on several occasions. We were amazed the first time we saw him (on the roof of our garage) and then the novelty wore off when he became a neighborhood staple...We rounded the corner in the car and there he was, strutting down the middle of our street. We took the dog for a walk and there he was again, snacking on the neighbor's hedge. We were doing dishes and caught him checking out our car -- Gobble, gobble!
